The purchaser may read, keep backup copies, print for personal use, and adapt the designated prompts, blank worksheets and brief-builder outputs for their own personal and client projects. Finished client-specific work may be supplied to that client. A single purchase does not license a team to redistribute the source collection.

The designated prompt cards may be used for inference in an AI service appropriately configured for the purchaser's project. Avoid services that use submitted content for model training unless separately authorised. The purchaser remains responsible for their inputs, platform terms, permissions and output review. Use of a prompt is not a rights clearance or promise of accurate results.

Except as permitted by applicable law or separately agreed in writing, the collection may not be redistributed, resold, posted publicly, supplied as a competing template or ebook collection, included in a shared retrieval corpus or public assistant, or used as a dataset for model training, fine-tuning, distillation or synthetic training-data generation. This does not claim ownership of general ideas, methods, facts or independently created work.

Accessibility transformations for the purchaser's own use are permitted. Contact info@rainleelj.com for an accessible-format request or team/classroom licence. No third-party music, photographs, footage, font files, likenesses or voice-cloning rights are conveyed.

There is no technical prevention of copying or AI ingestion. No DRM or buyer-specific watermark is currently implemented. This edition includes the files supplied; it does not include future editions, a subscription, personal review, model/API credits or a hosted AI service unless expressly sold with them.
