Phone cases, snap-fit parts and replacement components are feasibility enquiries, not standard products yet. Material flexibility, exact device geometry, camera/button clearance and a physical prototype must be checked. No drop-protection or universal-fit promise.
Ask with your deadline and postcode. Same-day work depends on the file, size, colours, print queue, successful quality checks and rider availability. It is confirmed individually, never automatic.

FDM plastic prints, made to order. Material and available colours are confirmed in writing. Visible layer lines and minor support marks are normal; agreed dimensions, fit and acceptable finish still apply. Nominal maximum per part: 250 × 250 × 250 mm, with usable space reduced by orientation, brims or supports. Engineering tolerances are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed and tested.
Send exact text, quantity, dimensions in mm, intended use, device/case measurements if relevant, postcode and required date. Rain checks feasibility and provides a proof, an itemised MYR total including design, print, packaging, delivery and any applicable tax, a dispatch estimate and payment terms before accepting an order. One consolidated text/layout correction to the first simple proof is included; new concepts, redesigns and extra prototypes need an approved quote. STL/3MF files are reviewed; a digital design file is included only when agreed.
Allow an indicative 3–7 working days for simple jobs after final approval and agreed payment; the written quote confirms your actual slot. Complex work takes longer. Same-day printing or delivery is available only after explicit written confirmation. Courier transit is additional. Malaysia delivery is quoted by postcode and parcel; Klang Valley Lalamove/Grab delivery or hand delivery by prior agreement. No walk-in visits or home collection. Carrier names describe possible arrangements, not partnerships.
Dry indoor decorative/light-duty use only unless separately assessed. Keep away from hot cars, direct heat and flames. Not for food contact, medical use, mains electrical parts, safety-critical/load-bearing parts, children's toys or pet chew items. Small parts can be a choking hazard. Phone stands are not protective cases. Cases and close-fit replacement parts require material/fit assessment and a prototype; no drop rating is promised.
Use only artwork and models you own or have commercial reproduction permission for. No unauthorised character/logo copies. Private designs are not published in a portfolio without permission. Keep sensitive files out of public links; agree a suitable sharing method first.
Before paid work starts, cancellation is refunded in full. Once approved design/production has begun, any cancellation deduction is limited to agreed, completed custom work and irrecoverable materials, with the unused balance refunded. This does not remove remedies for defects, wrong items, non-delivery or Rain's failure to fulfil the order. Contact info@rainleelj.com promptly with your order reference and photos if possible; an unboxing video is not mandatory. Appropriate repair, replacement or refund and applicable return/redelivery costs are handled in accordance with consumer law and marketplace rules. No blanket no-refund rule applies.
For an agreed website quote, payment is through the secure payment link specified on the invoice, using the methods displayed by that provider; never send card details in an enquiry. Shopify orders use Shopify checkout. Review all specifications before approval and email corrections with your reference promptly afterwards; changes after printing starts require an agreed revised scope. Rain menyemak kebolehlaksanaan dan menyediakan pruf, jumlah MYR terperinci termasuk reka bentuk, cetakan, pembungkusan, penghantaran dan cukai jika berkenaan, anggaran tarikh penghantaran serta syarat bayaran sebelum menerima pesanan. Satu pusingan pembetulan teks/susun atur yang digabungkan pada pruf ringkas pertama disertakan; konsep baharu, reka bentuk semula dan prototaip tambahan memerlukan sebut harga yang diluluskan. Fail STL/3MF disemak; fail reka bentuk digital hanya disertakan jika dipersetujui.
Anggaran kerja ringkas ialah 3–7 hari bekerja selepas kelulusan akhir dan bayaran yang dipersetujui; slot sebenar disahkan dalam sebut harga bertulis. Kerja rumit memerlukan masa tambahan. Cetakan atau penghantaran pada hari yang sama hanya tersedia selepas pengesahan bertulis yang jelas. Tempoh transit kurier adalah tambahan. Penghantaran dalam Malaysia disebut harga mengikut poskod dan bungkusan; penghantaran Lalamove/Grab di Lembah Klang atau serahan tangan melalui persetujuan awal. Tiada kunjungan terus atau pengambilan di rumah. Nama penyedia penghantaran menerangkan pilihan yang mungkin diatur, bukan perkongsian rasmi.
Untuk hiasan/kegunaan ringan di ruang dalaman yang kering sahaja, kecuali dinilai berasingan. Jauhkan daripada kereta panas, haba terus dan api. Bukan untuk sentuhan makanan, kegunaan perubatan, komponen elektrik sesalur, bahagian kritikal keselamatan/menanggung beban, mainan kanak-kanak atau barang kunyahan haiwan. Bahagian kecil boleh menyebabkan tercekik. Penyangga telefon bukan sarung pelindung. Sarung dan komponen gantian padanan rapat memerlukan penilaian bahan/padanan serta prototaip; tiada penarafan perlindungan jatuh dijanjikan.
Gunakan hanya karya dan model milik anda atau yang mempunyai kebenaran pengeluaran semula komersial. Tiada salinan watak/logo tanpa kebenaran. Reka bentuk peribadi tidak diterbitkan dalam portfolio tanpa izin. Jangan letakkan fail sensitif dalam pautan awam; setujui kaedah perkongsian yang sesuai dahulu.
Sebelum kerja berbayar bermula, pembatalan mendapat bayaran balik penuh. Selepas reka bentuk/pengeluaran yang diluluskan bermula, sebarang potongan pembatalan terhad kepada kerja tersuai yang dipersetujui dan telah disiapkan serta bahan yang tidak boleh dipulihkan; baki yang belum digunakan dipulangkan. Ini tidak menghapuskan hak penyelesaian bagi kecacatan, barang salah, barang tidak diterima atau kegagalan Rain memenuhi pesanan. 按订单制作FDM塑料打印件。材料及可选颜色须书面确认。可见的打印层纹和轻微支撑痕迹属正常现象，但仍须符合双方约定的尺寸、配合要求及可接受表面效果。单件名义最大尺寸为250 × 250 × 250毫米；摆放方向、裙边或支撑可能减少实际可用空间。除非另行明确约定并经过测试，否则不保证工程公差。
请提供准确文字、数量、毫米尺寸、用途、相关设备连保护壳尺寸、收件邮编及需要日期。接受订单前，Rain会评估可行性，提供样稿、以马币（MYR）列明设计、打印、包装、配送及适用税项的完整报价，以及预计发货时间和付款安排。首份简单样稿包含一轮集中提交的文字或排版修正；新概念、重新设计和额外样品须另行报价并获批准。STL/3MF文件须先审核；只有双方约定时才包含数字设计文件。
简单项目在最终批准及完成约定付款后，参考制作时间为3–7个工作日；实际档期以书面报价确认为准。复杂项目需要更长时间。当天打印或当天配送必须另获明确书面确认，不能自动保证。快递运输时间另计。马来西亚境内运费按邮编及包裹报价；巴生谷Lalamove/Grab配送或亲自送达须提前商定。不接受上门到访或到住宅自取。提及配送公司仅说明可能安排的方式，并不代表合作伙伴关系。
除非另行评估，仅适用于干燥室内的装饰或轻度用途。请远离高温车厢、直接热源及火焰。不用于食品接触、医疗、市电电气零件、安全关键或承重零件、儿童玩具或宠物咬物。小零件可能造成窒息风险。手机支架不是保护壳。手机壳及紧密配合的替换零件须评估材料和适配性，并制作实物样品；不承诺任何防摔等级。
仅可使用您拥有或已获得商业复制许可的图稿与模型。不接受未经授权的角色或标志复制。未经许可，不会将私人设计公开展示于作品集。请勿将敏感文件放在公开链接中；先商定适当的分享方式。
付费工作开始前取消，可获全额退款。已批准的设计或制作开始后，取消时仅可扣除双方约定且已完成的定制工作费用及无法收回的材料成本，未使用的余额会退还。此安排不影响因瑕疵、错货、未送达或Rain未履行订单而享有的补救权利。请尽快电邮info@rainleelj.com，提供订单编号及照片（如有）；开箱视频并非必要条件。适当的维修、换货或退款，以及适用的退货或重新配送费用，将按消费者法律及平台规则处理。不实行一概不退款的规定。

Rain Lee Productions is owned and operated by LEE LIN JUN, SSM 202503255470 (003776107-M). Email info@rainleelj.com for access, corrections, deletion requests or privacy questions. You may enquire directly by email. Providing details is optional, but a contact method is needed to reply.
The form collects your name, email, preferred enquiry language, selected item, quantity, dimensions, intended use, design starting point, delivery preference and postcode, plus any budget, required date or reference link you choose to provide. We use these details to assess and respond to your enquiry. Do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords or card details.
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and accessible through Rain’s private business workspace. Unconverted enquiries are retained for up to 180 days; expiry is checked when the service reads or writes requests. If an enquiry becomes a project, agreed details may be recorded separately for that work. Hosting providers process data to operate the service.
The website counts page and language-page views, language/navigation choices, selected needs, product views, outbound clicks and completed requests. Language-page aggregate counts do not use visitor identifiers, respect Do Not Track and exclude preview and marked QA visits. Form text and contact details are not sent to analytics. Referral campaign labels may be kept for the browser session and with enquiries to understand useful content. Counts do not establish purchases or revenue.
Spam prevention uses a short-lived form token and temporary hashed network identifiers for rate limiting. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the application database; the hosting provider may process operational logs.
External stores and payment providers apply their own privacy policies. Shopify processes its product orders; agreed website invoices use the secure provider specified on the invoice, which may be HitPay or Stripe. Those providers receive the payment/contact information you enter on their pages. This enquiry form does not collect card details.
Project-specific access and data handling are agreed before work. Rain may use AI-assisted tools for agreed drafting, design, coding, research or routine checks and reviews the final work. Sensitive personal information, private client records and account credentials are not submitted to AI tools without an appropriate, separately agreed basis and safeguards.
