Plan before you buy
Smart-room and building automation, Wi-Fi and networks, projectors, TV screens, LED displays, sound and PA systems: I review your needs, compare suitable options and explain the trade-offs. Large organisations and complex premises receive a tailored quote.
Equipment is a separate purchase
Package prices are service fees in Malaysian ringgit (MYR). Equipment, delivery, subscriptions, travel, venue hire and specialist contractors are separate unless explicitly included in your written scope. Choose your own retailer, buy directly, or book optional procurement assistance. Recommendations do not imply a brand partnership or authorised-dealer relationship.
An independent consultant
I work on an external contract or package basis. You make the final purchasing and project decisions. Small-scale setup and longer-term coordination are available only under an agreed scope, hour allowance and fee. Electrical work, structural work, safety systems and specialist commissioning require suitable specialists.
Online or around the Klang Valley
Planning, website and social media reviews, digital AV production advice, editing and non-clinical coaching can be delivered online, including for overseas clients by agreement. In-person work is by appointment in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Travel is assessed from the Nusaputra exit, Puchong South; the travel charge is agreed before booking.
Monthly help, with a defined allowance
Choose scheduled website care, technical consultancy or a small digital task queue. Meetings, research, implementation, checking and reporting use the stated hours. Monthly work is not unlimited or an emergency response service. Extra work needs your approval; unused hours do not roll over and renewal is not automatic.
Community support
Accepted animal-welfare, mental-health and Buddhist NGO projects are exempt from service and procurement fees by default unless the organisation offers payment. Capacity, tier and hours are agreed first. Other NGOs are considered case by case. Equipment, printing, subscriptions, travel and other third-party costs remain separate. This is my independent CSR work.
What I can promise
I will deliver the agreed work with reasonable care and explain relevant limitations. Internet speed, coverage, product reliability, search rankings, revenue and audience growth cannot be guaranteed. Retailer and manufacturer warranty terms govern equipment. Your written scope sets deliverables, revisions, acceptance, payment and cancellation arrangements; it does not remove applicable consumer rights.

For consumers and small businesses within the stated scope. Larger organisations and complex projects require a quote. Equipment and third-party costs are separate. Session duration and total work allocation are different where preparation is included.

30-minute life coaching

One adult, one practical question. 30-minute session plus 15 minutes preparation and notes. Non-clinical support; not therapy or crisis care.
60-minute life coaching
