What the form collects
Your name, preferred contact, preferred enquiry language where supplied, request details, preferred online/in-person format and the optional budget, deadline and customisation information you provide. NGO requests may include an organisation name and cause. Urgent requests and in-person enquiries also ask for a postcode to assess delivery or service coverage. We use this information to review and respond to your request.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and are accessible through Rain’s private business workspace. Unconverted enquiries are retained for up to 180 days; expiry is checked when the service reads or writes requests. If a request becomes a project, its agreed details may be recorded separately for that work. Hosting providers process data to operate the service.
Simple measurement
We count page views, language-page views, language and navigation choices, selected needs, product views, outbound clicks and completed requests. New language pages use aggregate counts without visitor identifiers, respect Do Not Track, and exclude preview and marked QA visits. Counts do not establish purchases or revenue. We do not send form text or contact details to analytics. Referral campaign labels are kept for the current browser session and stored with enquiries to understand which content was useful.
Spam prevention
The service uses a short-lived form token and temporary hashed network identifiers for rate limiting. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the application database. Operational hosting logs may be processed by the hosting provider.
External stores and recommendations
External retailers and streaming platforms apply their own policies. Purchases take place with the named seller or payment provider; this site does not handle card details. Any future affiliate link will be identified beside that link. The merchandise and Everyday Finds catalogues retrieve published product information from Rain’s Shopify store. Selecting a product takes you to Shopify for checkout. Unavailable designs can be discussed by enquiry. The Everyday Finds page links to Rain’s Shopee storefront. Agreed service invoices can be paid through Rain’s secure HitPay page or the alternative Stripe link. These providers receive the payment and contact information you enter on their pages. Shopify and the payment methods shown at its checkout process product orders. HitPay, Stripe and Shopee apply their own privacy policies. Service bookings require confirmation before payment. Free downloads do not require an account or payment.
Client work and AI-assisted tools
Project-specific access and data handling are agreed before work begins. Rain may use AI-assisted tools for agreed drafting, coding, research or routine checks and reviews the final work. Sensitive personal information, private client records and account credentials are not submitted to AI tools without an appropriate, separately agreed basis and safeguards. Coaching conversations are not recorded, transcribed or sent to AI tools by default.
