What the form collects

Your name, preferred contact, request details and the optional budget, deadline and customisation information you provide. Urgent requests also ask for a postcode to assess delivery. We use this information to review and respond to your request.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and are accessible through Rain’s private business workspace. Unconverted enquiries are retained for up to 180 days; expiry is checked when the service reads or writes requests. If a request becomes a project, its agreed details may be recorded separately for that work. Hosting providers process data to operate the service.

Simple measurement

We count page views, selected needs, product views, outbound clicks and completed requests. Counts do not establish purchases or revenue. We do not send form text or contact details to analytics. Referral campaign labels are kept for the current browser session and stored with enquiries to understand which content was useful.

Spam prevention

The service uses a short-lived form token and temporary hashed network identifiers for rate limiting. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the application database. Operational hosting logs may be processed by the hosting provider.

External stores and recommendations

External retailers and streaming platforms apply their own policies. Purchases take place with the named seller or payment provider; this site does not handle card details. Any future affiliate link will be identified beside that link. The current merchandise catalogue accepts enquiries only; online checkout is closed.
