Online services are available across Malaysia. In-person sessions and site work focus on Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley, with other locations considered before booking. There is no public walk-in office.
Conversations can be in English, Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin. Written deliverables follow the language included in your package; additional language versions are agreed separately.
Online, across Malaysia
Life organisation coaching, social media and website consultancy, audio/video production and projector, display or PA-system consultancy, AI workflow coaching and planning sessions can all be held online.
Editing, artwork, content plans, QR guides, documentation and supported website maintenance can be delivered remotely. Remote device work requires your participation, supported equipment and agreed access.
In person, by appointment
Core area: Puchong, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Subang Jaya / USJ, Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Seri Kembangan and Serdang.
Wider Klang Valley: Shah Alam, Klang, Setia Alam, Ampang, Cheras, Kajang, Bangi and Sepang. Availability and travel are confirmed against the actual address.
Other parts of Selangor and outstation Malaysia can be considered for planned projects. These are service areas, not branch-office locations.

Travel and meeting costs
Remote delivery has no travel charge. For paid consultancy or technical visits, the per-visit travel supplement is RM50 within 20 km, RM80 above 20–40 km, and RM120 above 40–60 km, measured one-way by the agreed driving route from the Nusaputra exit in Puchong South. The supplement covers the return trip and travel time; it is not a per-kilometre charge.
Parking and tolls are charged at actual cost, with an agreed estimate or cap before booking. Beyond 60 km, outstation travel, accommodation and any venue hire are quoted first. No travel charge is added without your approval.
The existing portrait, event-photography and event-video packages include travel within 20 km; their published travel inclusion takes priority. CSR visits have no service travel surcharge; only pre-approved actual expenses where needed.
Travel distance and estimated travel time use the Nusaputra exit in Puchong South as the starting point. Travel time is separate from the advertised working-hour allocation. For coaching, choose an appropriate private venue; no home address is published as a walk-in location.
