Services and bookings
All prices are in Malaysian ringgit. Fixed fees apply to the listed scope. An enquiry does not reserve a date or create a paid order. Availability, location, delivery schedule, payment stages and any extras are confirmed in writing before booking. There are no automatic recurring charges for advisory contracts.

Use the agreed amount and the same email as your booking. A payment does not independently reserve a date or change the scope.
Pay an agreed invoice or depositRevisions and delivery
A revision is one consolidated set of changes within the agreed brief, not a new concept or reshoot. Turnaround starts after the confirmed start date and receipt of complete usable files, content, approvals and the agreed payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays. Material changes require a separate agreement before additional work or fees.
Changes and cancellation
Contact Rain promptly if plans change. Any cancellation or rescheduling terms, including treatment of deposits and third-party costs, will be included in the written agreement before payment. If Rain cannot provide the agreed service, you may choose an agreed replacement date or a refund for the undelivered work. Nothing here limits applicable consumer rights.
Creative rights
Supply only content you have permission to use. Final deliverables and permitted use are recorded in your agreement; RAW footage, project files, source assets and third-party licences are included only if explicitly stated. Permission to feature private client work in a portfolio is requested separately.
Physical products
Shopify and Shopee orders are separate from service bookings. Product pages and the relevant checkout set the final size or variant, price, stock, shipping, delivery and return terms. Custom products require written specifications, artwork approval and a quote before production.
Downloads
The tools on the Instant Downloads page are free. Download them directly; no card or account is required. You may adapt them for personal or client projects but may not resell or redistribute the unmodified templates.
